These terms govern your use of the Ring Vitals apps and website. By using Ring Vitals you agree to them.
1. What Ring Vitals is, and is not
Ring Vitals is a consumer wellness and health-information application that aggregates wearable data you authorise and presents personal trends. Ring Vitals is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and is not an emergency monitoring service. Nothing in Ring Vitals is medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
2. Accounts
You may use core features without an account. Some features (subscriptions, Oura connection, AI explanations, cross-device restore) need an account. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in methods. You may delete your account at any time.
3. Subscriptions
Ring Vitals+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. An introductory offer, where available, converts to the standard price unless cancelled before it ends.
4. Your data
You own your data. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your Ring Vitals data free of charge.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to Ring Vitals or other users’ data, and do not use Ring Vitals in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Third-party services
Apple Health, Health Connect, Oura and other integrations are provided by their respective operators under their own terms. Availability of third-party data is outside our control.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Ring Vitals is provided “as is”. Wearable measurements can be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed, and derived scores are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Ring Vitals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Ring Vitals+ in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update Ring Vitals and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Ring Vitals and delete your account at any time.
