Delete your Ring Vitals account

Fastest: in the app

Open Ring Vitals → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. The app also wipes its local health cache and report history on your device.

Without the app

Enter the email address on your Ring Vitals account. We record the request, and when email verification is available you will receive a confirmation link to prove ownership before deletion completes. Requests are otherwise verified by support within 30 days. Either way we never disclose whether an account exists for an address.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in links, sessions and profile
• Subscription entitlement records held by Ring Vitals (the subscription itself must be cancelled with Apple or Google; deleting your account does not cancel billing)
• Encrypted Oura tokens, with revocation at Oura where the API allows
• Consents, insight request records and report metadata

What is not deleted

Records in Apple Health, Health Connect or Oura, because Ring Vitals did not create them. A hashed, anonymised deletion marker is retained as evidence that the deletion occurred; it contains no email or health data.
